This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payment transactions, recurring subscriptions, cancellations, and refund eligibility for services provided by Ingrows ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By subscribing to any paid plan on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Trial Period, Sandbox Limits, & Account Upgrades

We believe in transparency. RankPilot does not require you to input credit card or billing details upon initial account registration. The platform provides a baseline free sandbox tier to allow agencies to explore features under limited parameters.

Billing only commences when you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan (such as our Growth or Agency Pro plans) and enter your billing details. The billing system is fully managed and secured by Stripe, ensuring compliance with global security standards.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Eligibility

To ensure that our Service aligns with your business needs, we offer a **14-day satisfaction refund guarantee** subject to the following criteria:

  • First-Time Subscriptions Only: The refund guarantee is only applicable to the first payment made on a new account. It does not apply to subsequent monthly or annual renewals, upgrades, or additional workspaces.
  • Refund Request Period: You must submit your refund request in writing within exactly fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the initial payment transaction.
  • Abuse Prevention: To prevent exploitation of our API resources, we reserve the right to deny or prorate refunds if a user has consumed excessive resources during the first 14 days. This includes, but is not limited to, running more than 50 Geogrid scans, generating more than 100 AI review replies, or exporting more than 10 white-label PDF reports.

3. Renewals, Cancellations, and Post 14-Day Refund Status

After the initial 14-day satisfaction window has expired, the following terms apply to all transactions:

  • Non-Refundable: All subscription charges, including monthly and annual billing cycles, are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current prepaid billing period. You will retain full access to all features, and no further charges will be initiated.
  • No Partial Credits: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or unused dashboard credits.

5. Stripe Processing and Credit Timelines

Once a refund is approved by our billing team, the request is immediately submitted to Stripe. Stripe will credit the refunded amount back to your original payment card or bank account.

Please note that depending on your card issuer or banking institution, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refunded credit to appear on your bank statement. We have no control over this processing duration, which is governed by interbank transaction rules.
